Josephine DiMolfetta

Josephine DiMolfetta is the Managing Director of Operations supporting the Wasmer Schroeder Strategies at Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc. (CSIM).

Prior to acquisition by CSIM in July 2020, Ms. DiMolfetta was the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Wasmer Schroeder (WS) where she was responsible for overseeing Compliance, Communications & Data Analytics, Client Services, IT & Operations, Accounting, and all corporate matters. Ms. DiMolfetta was also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She joined WS in 1995.

Ms. DiMolfetta earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bryant & Stratton College and holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation.

A member of the Leadership Collier Foundation Alumni Association™, Ms. DiMolfetta previously served as a board member and was a graduate of Leadership Collier™. She was also a founding board member of the Montessori Academy of Naples and mentored a high school student through Champions for Learning/Education Foundation. Additionally, Ms. DiMolfetta is a member of Keiser University’s Naples Advisory Board.

Ms. DiMolfetta is the daughter of Italian immigrants. She grew up in Syracuse, NY and has been a longtime Naples resident. Ms. DiMolfetta loves to travel and also enjoys baking and cooking.
