Emily Riddell, CFA

Emily Riddell is a Senior Portfolio Manager supporting the Wasmer Schroeder municipal bond strategies at Schwab Asset Management.

Previously, Ms. Riddell was a vice president and senior portfolio manager at Wasmer Schroeder where she was responsible for co-managing the tax-exempt investment strategies. (Schwab Asset Management became the investment adviser for the Wasmer Schroeder Strategies in 2020.) Before this role, she was a research analyst and portfolio manager at State Automobile Insurance Companies, co-managing both equity and fixed income portfolios and serving as an analyst for municipal securities. Ms. Riddell began her career at Wasmer Schroeder, first as a research analyst and then as an assistant portfolio manager.

Ms. Riddell earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Miami University. She is a CFA® charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Naples and the CFA Institute.
